Maintenance Technician (Eau Claire)

Qualifications: Trustworthy, responsible, organized, punctual, and motivated Strong communication and technical skills Willingness and urgency to learn all aspects of apartment maintenance Maintenance experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person Must be able to pass a background check Clean driving record required Reliable transportation required Must own a truck capable of towing a small trailer Must provide own basic hand tools Must live within 30 minutes of Eau Claire, as some on-call/emergency after-hours work is required Duties Include: Snow removal (flexible hours required during winter months) Painting and staining General property upkeep and repairs Bonus pay available for weekend and after-hours emergency calls.
