What You’ll Do: 🔹 Operate Plow Trucks and/or Salt Trucks to ensure safe road conditions. 🔹 Be on-call during snow events (nights, weekends, holidays—when the snow falls, we roll!). 🔹 Log service times and material use in our CRM system. 🔹 Keep equipment clean and perform preventative maintenance. 🔹 Work safely in all types of winter weather while meeting service deadlines. What We’re Looking For: ✔️ Reliable & Ready – You don’t let a little (or a lot of) snow slow you down! ✔️ Strong & Capable – Must lift up to 50 lbs. independently (80 lbs. with help). ✔️ Skilled Driver – Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (DOT Certification a plus!). ✔️ Problem-Solver – Able to think on your feet and troubleshoot in the field. ✔️ Team Player – Communicates well and works efficiently with others.
