Z&M Logging is looking for a yarder operator. We mostly run a Skagit bu-94 and occasionally a Madill 071. We are currently working just outside of sedro woolley. Our next job is in Hamilton.

Local janitorial company in need of a full-time floor technician. This position works Tuesday through Saturday from 5PM – 1:30AM Experience stripping and waxing floors is desired. Field Technician will apply their skills as necessary to perform quality work on time and at or under budget. Duties and Responsibilities • Construction Industry experience is preferred. • Knowledge of foundation repair and applying surface coatings is preferred • Experience in grinding concrete, cutting concrete, and breaking concrete a plus. • Install epoxies and other liquid products on foundation walls, floors, and other larger flat surfaces. • Climb ladders, dig using hand tools and mini excavator, and haul material. • Painting, paint prep including sanding, caulking, and priming. • Work in confined areas such as crawl spaces. • Operate paint pumps. • Basic carpentry for forms and finishing. • Communicate with the Project Manager on progress at the job site. • Keep clean and organized job sites. • Maintain good working relationships with all company employees. Safety and Requirements • Keep all job sites clean and in order. • Operate tools and equipment according to established safety procedures. • Valid State issued driver’s license and use of vehicle to arrive at office.
