ATTN: LAWN SUPERVISOR (FOREMAN) (Troy, MI)

Responsibilities: • Supervise and lead a team in all aspects of lawn maintenance operations • Operate various styles of mowers with precision and efficiency • Utilize weed whips, edgers, backpack blowers, and other equipment as needed • Drive company truck with a trailer to transport equipment and crew • Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction on all job sites • Work in various weather conditions, maintaining a high standard of workmanship • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs when required • Maintain and organize equipment, tools, and vehicles • Communicate effectively with team members and management • Available to work 8-12 hour days, with flexibility for overtime • May be required to work Saturdays Requirements: • Experience in lawn maintenance and/or landscaping • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs • Eligible to be on company insurance • Valid driver's license with clean driving record • Proficient in driving trucks with trailers • Skilled in using various lawn maintenance equipment • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment • Flexibility to work in varying weather conditions • Positive attitude and strong work ethic Salary: Salary available starting Year 2 of employment Benefits: • Health benefits • Weekly pay, every Friday How to Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and qualifications for this position to info@GreenlineLawnService.com.
