Customer Service is our specialty! We work directly with The very best resorts in The Bahamas, including The Wyndham Viva Fortuna All Inclusive Resort and Taino Beach Resorts, coordinating unique vacations and travel arrangements for customers all across the country. We have been in business since 1992, grew during the pandemic, and this year alone we will travel over 4000 people to the Bahamas! Our brand new office is located on Palm Beach Lakes Blvd, right near the outlet mall! The entire job, with no prior experience necessary, is all about making people happy! We have a fun, upbeat and laid back work atmosphere, which makes the days go by real fast when you enjoy what you do. This is not a sales position and is NOT commission. The position starts at $20/hour. Pay is every Friday by direct deposit, unlike other jobs that pay every other week and hold back a weeks pay. Another great benefit is that our staff gets enjoy spending time at the beautiful resorts in The Bahamas we contract……..ON US! PVST Community Relations & Administrative Assistant Position Overview The Community Relations & Administrative Assistant is the friendly face and first point of contact for Plain Valley Ski Trails (PVST). This position supports day-to-day communication, customer service, and administrative operations that help keep our trail system, programs, and community events running smoothly. Volunteer Coordination * Serve as the main contact for the Trail Ambassador Program, including scheduling, supply management, and communication with volunteers. * Assist ED with admin associated with volunteer coaches such as processing and track coach certifications (WSP Background Check, SafeSport, etc.). Fundraising & Events * Support the Annual Benefit Auction and other fundraising events: * Set up and manage online auction platforms. * Maintain donor and item tracking spreadsheets. * Support donor communications and acknowledgments in coordination with ED. * Assist with other community or fundraising events as needed. Qualifications & Skills * Excellent written and verbal communication. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Experience managing social media & communications for an organization or business. * Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive); familiarity with Canva, Mailchimp, Webconnex, or Square a plus. * Friendly, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team. * A passion for youth ski education, outdoor recreation and community building!
