Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in customers with selecting floral arrangements and gifts. Answer phone inquiries, take orders, and provide product recommendations. Process transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized front-of-store area. Assist in keeping floral displays fresh and visually appealing. Provide excellent customer service, addressing concerns with professionalism. Help with light administrative tasks, such as order tracking and follow-ups. Requirements: Prior retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred. Passion for flowers and design (floral experience is a plus but not required). Strong communication skills and a friendly personality. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills for processing orders.
