The Sales Associate position, Or Shift Leader, Reports to and receives direction from the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. Primary duties include: Ensuring proper and efficient store operations while adhering to Company policies and procedures, contributing to the increased profitability of the store and exhibiting a commitment to service and the community. This is accomplished with a focus on the customer, maintaining a clean store and providing competitive products to our local neighborhoods. Associates should be team oriented, focused on winning while managing cash and other industry compliance. Placements are available for full time and part time positions. Preferred Skills: • Retail Experience – Preferably Industry related • People Skills • Prior Positions in Cash Handling • Ability to Multi-Task • Team Oriented • Competitive, Goal Oriented & Motivated Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $16.00 /hour Start Or better with experience Shifts: • Evening (Required) open till 9:00PM • Some Weekends Hours per week: • 25-35 Physical Requirements: • Standing • Kneeling • Loading Shelves, Stocking, 10 to 20 lbs lifting • Cleaning • Maintain interior/exterior cleanliness of store, parking lot. • Must be safety/security conscious and report any accidents or incidents to the manager immediately. • Report to work promptly, on-time, neatly groomed. • Pay Frequency: • By Weekly This Job Is: • A job for which military experienced candidates are encouraged to apply • Open to applicants who have a high school diploma/GED • A good first job for someone who is just entering or re-entering the workforce with limited experience. • Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma • At least 18 years of age • 2 years management experience (preferably retail management) • High School Degree • Valid Driver’s License
