We are looking to add Deckhands, Tour Guides & Boat Captains - Seasonal P/T Weekend availability a must! Boat Captains: 6 Pack & Masters Captains Captains are responsible for the safe transportation of guests onboard our vessels as well as meeting the safety requirements, rules, and regulations we abide by to provide a safe and fun environment. Captains will also be actively engaged with guests as we welcome and offload new guests. Work in tandem with the deckhand to clean and prepare the boat for the next cruise. Pay is based on experience, tip split, and hourly / per cruise pay with the opportunity to work 5 days a week. Compensation: Masters Captain: Minimum $25 an hour + tips 6-Pack Captain: Minimum $18 an hour + tips Cruise Deckhand & Host: We are looking for outgoing, fun, and responsible individuals. Must not be shy, have a desire to entertain, use a microphone to engage with guests, and provide elite customer service and experience all while upholding to a high standard of rules and etiquette aboard the vessels.
