You will work in a fast-food environment preparing food items from a limited menu. You will be responsible for ensuring food safety and quality control for your facility. In addition, you will be an integral part of the team- your interpretation of written instructions and calculations will help determine the amount of food necessary to prepare our daily menus. Dish and kitchen prep person needed at Fuzzy Cactus in Brookland Park (Northside). Some line cook experience would be helpful but not 100% required. This position will be 3 days per week. Thursday, Friday, Saturday 4-10 pm. The ability to work independently is a plus. Must be able to follow simple food recipes for prep. We are a neighborhood restaurant and venue. Hosting touring music acts weekly. Our menu is a mix of American and southwestern food items. Opportunity for additional hours as needed.
