Facility Maintenance Technician will perform skilled and general repairs on building including light plumbing and electrical to ensure facilities are safe, functional, and up to standard. Responsibilities involve preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, general upkeep like painting, managing work order systems, and coordinating with contractors.
