Transdev is hiring a Lead Mechanic on our PM shift team to support the Pierce Transit Shuttle ADA service. The Lead Mechanic oversees and works with other mechanics to ensure our riders and drivers have safe and reliable vehicles every day. Responsibilities include:   Repairing and maintaining drivetrain and bus equipment on company fleet Planning and distributing work among shop employees and monitoring performance In the absence of the Maintenance Manager, perform critical shop functions like completing reports and attending client meetings Ensuring day-to-day compliance with State, Federal, Client and Company requirements You’ll love working for us:   Pay range from $39.75-$41.00/hour, eligible $1.00/hour PM shift differential, and ASE Certification hourly stipends Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) with 3% company match.
