Sheet Metal Fabricator – Full-Time Position (San Gabriel)

We are a property management company looking to bring on a new HVAC contractor. Due to growth this year, our normal HVAC contractor has been unable to keep up, and its not even cold yet. Were looking for a company or a one person contractor, it doesn't matter to us. What matters is -willing to call and schedule with tenants, and keep a schedule (within reason, we don't expect perfection.) -Will cover all of the pittsburgh area, and not cry about driving to Irwin, our team does it without problem, you can too! -will perform cleanings/yearly maintenance on furnaces and boilers, complete work order with our specifications. -W-9 ( if you're an independent). -Bank account ( we pay by direct deposit). Small jobs ($750 or less) Net 10 payment terms ( we usually pay on thursday or friday). If there is a Furnace or AC install, we pay half up front. -Insurance, and willing to add our companies to the insurance policy. ( if you would like us to set it up for you, its also not a problem). -We're not expecting you to be a cheapest, but must have reasonable, middle of the road pricing for investors. -can work independently ( does not need to call us for every little thing). -Willing to work and be professional with our office staff who may not know what a control board is! THIS POSITION REQUIRES TRAVEL IN AND AROUND THE SURROUNDING STATES. Must be willing and able to travel to various customer sites. Paid lodging along with per diem/daily stipend. Once fully trained (approx 1-2 weeks - paid) you'll be out on the road, traveling to and working at our customer sites. Travel time and scheduling needs may vary.
