Responsibilities include: - Sanding wood and cabinetry components with orbital sanders - Staining, painting, and finishing cabinetry pieces - Filling nail holes and prepping surfaces for finishing - Applying primer and, with training, spraying top coats - On-site finishing work, including painting, drywall, and trim, caulking, and touch-ups - Minor woodworking tasks depending on shop flow and project needs What we’re looking for: - Strong attention to detail - Ability to follow instructions and see tasks through to completion - Experience in woodworking/finishing preferred (but not required) - Reliability and pride in craftsmanship Compensation: $20–$30/hour depending on experience
