Communicate effectively with clients, explaining maintenance needs and answering their questions. Ensure all boat systems are Waterworthy and functioning correctly. What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a marine mechanic or similar role. Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Familiarity with a range of marine systems and components. Ability to adapt to different weather conditions and perform physical tasks. Formal marine mechanic training is a plus, but excellent candidates without it will be considered.
