Able to work independently and strong customer service skills. In addition to the normal responsibilities of a Maintenance Technician, the Lead Maintenance Technician will take on the additional responsibility of filling in for the Maintenance Supervisor or Facilities Manager if they are unavailable. Minimum of 3+ years of residential property maintenance required.
