We are a fast-growing company that supports pet groomers by providing them access to the best tools, equipment and dog grooming supplies. We live and operate by five Core Values: Do It Right, Always Deliver, Be Kind We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our team. The Warehouse Picker is responsible for accurately locating, selecting, and preparing products for customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. We also have a need for Warehouse Shipper to package and prepare the shipments for transport. These roles are critical to ensuring that orders are fulfilled on time, correctly, and in excellent condition. Responsibilities: · Accurately pick and pull products from shelves, bins, or pallets according to order specifications · Verify product information, quantities, and quality before packing · Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, or forklifts (if certified) · Maintain organized picking areas and restock shelves when necessary · Follow all safety procedures and company policies · Prepare picked items for packing and shipment · Report inventory discrepancies or damages to supervisors · Assist with general warehouse duties such as receiving, stocking, and cleaning when needed Requirements: · Previous warehouse or order-picking experience preferred · Ability to read and understand pick tickets, order sheets, and labels · Strong attention to detail and accuracy · Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods · Team player with a strong work ethic · Basic knowledge of warehouse safety procedures Work Environment: · Fast-paced warehouse setting · Requires standing, walking, lifting, and bending throughout the shift · May require Saturday hours and paid overtime based on business needs Reliable transportation is a must.
