Description

We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Counter CSR at our busy dry cleaning store. In this role, you’ll greet customers, take in and tag orders, inspect garments for stains or damage, and assist with customer questions and concerns. The ideal candidate has great communication skills, a positive attitude, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. This is a part-time position with the possibility of growing into a full-time role based on performance and business needs. Previous experience in dry cleaning or retail customer service is helpful but not required—we’re happy to train the right person.
