(Driver license preferred NOT required) • Hours offered: 30-40 hours per week Direct Support Professional is responsible for assisting individuals with developmental disabilities and/or other impairments to live as independently as possible within the community. Strong communication skills to work effectively with the people IRI supports, families, co-workers and within the community; ability to problem-solve and evidence good judgment in implementing plans of service.
