We have a 4 bedroom 2 Bath house with 2 rooms with private bathroom available. You will have use of the house common areas including family room with fireplace, light use kitchen, laundry facilities, nice backyard and covered patio. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with lighted parking located near Snell Ave/Calero Ave. It is within a 2 minute walk of the light rail with access to Kaiser, Oakridge Mall, Downtown/SJSU, etc. Also located within a ¼ mile of groceries, parks, Starbucks, etc. ½ mile from foothills.The street parking is directly in front of house and lighted. The common areas are furnished. Currently two rooms are rented to two commuting FirstResponders with families out of town. We are looking for those who are mature, respectful people so that we can enjoy coming home. The two bedrooms are rented one adult per room occupancy. The rent for half of the house (2rooms) is 2280. Or one could be used as an office + Master as a bedroom There is no smoking,no pets, no illegal drugs, no overnite guests, The place is Solid and well worth checking out for the right person(s). There is a flat 175.00 fee for PG&E/water/garbage/wifi/etc that covers both rooms. Long term 6 month+ preferred. There is an application and credit/tenant check for each person that is subject to approval.
