Essential Skills • Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical. • Problem-Solving: Ability to efficiently diagnose and resolve a wide range of maintenance issues. • Physical Stamina: Capacity to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in various conditions. • Communication: Skill in verbal and written communication to report issues and coordinate with others. • Safety Awareness: Deep understanding of safety protocols and regulations relevant to facility operations.
