The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems, and electrical maintenance. Qualifications Proven experience as an Lead building engineer in high rise buildings. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC/R systems,water source heat pump electrical maintenance, and hydraulics. Familiarity with programmable EMS controllers CMMS software is preferred. Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Experience operating scissor lifts and other industrial equipment safely. Excellent communication skills in English; ability to convey technical information clearly to team members and customers. Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving in high-pressure situations. Previous military experience is a plus but not required.
