𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductless systems. • Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups according to manufacturer specifications. • Install new residential HVAC systems and components with precision and attention to detail. • Lead and support an installation crew as needed, ensuring jobs are completed safely, on time, and to company standards. • Accurately document service calls, equipment details, and job progress. • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, providing system recommendations and explaining repairs or maintenance needs. • Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and inventory of necessary tools and parts. • Follow all safety procedures, local codes, and company policies. 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: • Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC service and installation experience. • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. • EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces or extreme temperatures. • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Unlike a commercial bike shop that sells only new bikes, we receive interesting bikes and parts spanning many decades of cycling history and all categories of bikes (road bikes, mountain bikes, hybrids, cross/gravel, kid’s bikes and more). Key Responsibilities: Execute successful repairs independently to the satisfaction of BikeX QA standards. Communicate with customers in person regarding the status of their bicycle repair. Complete daily tasks as assigned within prescribed timelines while communicating any exceptions to the shop manager. Maintain tools and bench areas on a daily basis according to BikeX standards. Become familiar with BikeX’s' safety protocols. Wear safety equipment as required when using the grinder,air compressor, drills, power tools etc. Learn and follow safety procedures when utilizing degreasers, lubricants and ultrasonic parts cleaner. Learn and follow proper disposal of materials (recycle, compost, trash).
