Summary Kolding Cabinetry is hiring a Custom Cabinet Maker to assist in daily operations in our high-end custom cabinet shop. This is a hands-on role ideal for a skilled and motivated craftsman who takes pride in high-quality, custom built cabinetry and millwork. We build custom cabinetry and millwork to order—no mass production. Located in Omaha, this role offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a steady stream of projects. Responsibilities Construct custom cabinets according to specifications. Utilize CNC machinery for precise cutting and shaping of materials. Read and interpret shop drawings, CAD plans, and architectural renderings Cut, assemble, and finish hardwoods, plywood, laminates, and solid surface materials Operate woodworking machinery: table saws, edge banders, shapers, wide belt sanders, jointers, drill press, CNC equipment, and more Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and project specifications Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Read and interpret schematics to ensure accurate assembly and installation. Assist with inventory tracking and material handling Collaborate with teammates to meet daily production goals Conserve materials and use tools responsibly to minimize waste Requirements Proven experience as a cabinet maker or similar role in woodworking. Strong knowledge of CNC machinery and woodworking tools. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship skills. Good communication skills and teamwork. We also uninstalled some items on the old product. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE! POSITION: HELPER: Helper prepares the truck, keeps the truck in order with all the return items, savage items and trash. The helper will also help delivering and assemble new products in customers' homes . Helper helps with taking pictures of load tag and product on the dock; take pictures after every delivery and/or installation. The helper may also assist the Driver in any way necessary.
