ShareWe are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks that ensure the efficient operation of our warehouse. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining inventory accuracy, facilitating shipping and receiving processes, and supporting overall warehouse management. Duties Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and cranes to move materials safely within the warehouse. Manage inventory control by utilizing warehouse management systems and RF scanners to track stock levels. Perform order picking and packing to fulfill customer requests accurately and efficiently. Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of materials to prevent damage. Assist in shipping and receiving processes, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against packing lists. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to improve operational efficiency and address any issues that arise during daily operations. Engage in heavy lifting as required, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Participate in regular inventory audits to support accurate stock management. Requirements: MUST be able to pass a background check. MUST be able to pass a drug test. Pay rate: $17 to $18 an hour. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm.
