We currently looking to fill only 1 Tuesday and Thursdays only and 1 floater position or on call. These are set shifts with set clients and also work additional days also. Job Requirements / Duties - Be able to perform a thorough wet check on conventional and 2-wire systems. Be able to write up detailed description of work needed based on findings after diagnosis of a system. Be organized and responsible with regards to Safety, Truck use, and Equipment use. Be able to communicate effectively with clients, management team, and colleagues. Clean driving record and current driver's license in good standing required. Punctuality, cleanliness, and professionalism are extremely important. Troubleshooting Hunter and Rainbird 2-wire experience is a major plus. VFD trouble shooting is also a major plus.

Need a drywall finisher & painter for some drywall finish work. Able to do knock down and skip trowel finish. Experienced exterior painter with spray gun for stucco and cement board wall. Job Summary The Floor Care Technician is responsible for the overall floor maintenance of hard surfaces and carpet (including scrubbing, buffing, carpet extraction, vacuuming, etc.). The Floor Care Technician provides superior cleaning services onsite at Carlson client locations under limited supervision and works in a collaborative relationship with other Carlson Building Maintenance team members. The Floor Care Technician is a representative of Carlson and interacts with customers, store personnel and the public in a respectful and friendly manner. Must possess sufficient physical strength, ability and stamina to perform a variety of janitorial tasks related to care of floors. Ability to work with a variety of cleaning products. Ability to work night shift and/or very early morning hours as dictated by the needs of the position.
