Key Responsibilities Routine Maintenance: Perform regular household repair tasks with assistance and maintenance tasks, including cleaning job sites during residential and commercial contracts, helping Owner with multitude of basic tasks to complete contracts, to include loading and unloading work truck for new job sites, etc. Assistance with Repairs: Support skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians) in complex repair tasks by providing tools, materials, and hands-on assistance as needed. Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment and report any safety hazards to owner. Required Skills and Qualifications Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; previous experience in maintenance or a related field is a plus but not required. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures and practices, including familiarity with hand and power tools. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot minor issues effectively. Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various conditions, including heights and confined spaces. Communication: Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment and with customers.
