Blender / Material Services Technician Addison, IL – $18.00/hr Shift: AM, 3:50 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Overview Support production by moving raw materials, staging resin, blending materials, and assisting packers. Responsibilities Deliver raw materials to production lines and remove finished goods Maintain blending systems: clean, refill, and perform safety checks Prepare and blend virgin, regrind, and colorant materials Inspect mixtures and regrind for quality Assist with packing when needed and keep work area clean Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred, or 3+ years relevant experience Experience in assembly, packing, or visual inspection Basic math and computer skills; ability to read, write, and speak English Knowledge of plastics, colors, and additives a plus Malone Workforce Solutions is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer Associate Benefits: Medical Plan (including MEC, MEC Plus and MVP plans), Dental and other ancillary products* provided through Essential StaffCARE. We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience in maintaining and repairing diesel engines and related equipment. This role is crucial for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our fleet, which includes various types of vehicles and machinery. The Diesel Mechanic will work in a fast-paced environment, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting complex mechanical issues for 18 wheelers and box trucks. Duties-- Perform regular maintenance on diesel engines, including oil changes, filter replacements, and inspections. Diagnose and repair mechanical issues using diagnostics tools. Conduct brake repairs and ensure all safety standards are met. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment for repairs and modifications. Operate forklifts to move heavy equipment as needed. Fully knowlodgeable in all 18 wheeler repairs, from bumper to bumper. Electrical experience preferred but not necessary. Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed. Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency and safety protocols. Assist in heavy lifting tasks related to trucks maintenance and repairs. Skills-- Strong mechanical knowledge with a focus on diesel engines for 18 wheelers. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. Experience with repairs and 18 wheelers diagnostics is essential. Familiarity with diagnostic scanners is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.
