Starting pay is $35/hr + $3000 attendance bonus Operators will be on call and must be able report to all shifts at any time of day or night November 1st - April 15. Paid training will take place during October and November. Most shifts will be during overnight hours. During severe storms shifts may be 12+ hours long with only 8 hours off between shifts. Operators must be physically able to safely operate tractor, replace shear pins, and unclog blowers. Operators must be mentally and physically able to drive, operate, and work in adverse weather conditions. No shovel work is required. Tractors do have climate controlled cabs.
