The Supply Chain Buyer is responsible for leading the day-to-day procurement activities for the Project Services Division. We’re seeking a new member of our operations team to: * Fulfill orders for wild mushrooms, fresh truffles, specialty produce and hard to find pantry goods. * Repack food products into new containers. * Pick up produce from our suppliers, and deliver to Portland restaurant customers. During hot weather, drive packages to the PDX airport in our refrigerated cargo van. * Inspect, weigh and receive dry goods and produce. * Sort, trim and chop produce. We start at 8:00 am and go to 4:00 Monday – Thursday for much of the year. End time would be around 6 pm May through Sept, when you would be delivering packages directly to the PDX airport at the end of the day. 9:00 to 1:00 on Friday. Weekends free! 2 weeks Paid Time Off (includes sick & vacation), plus paid major holidays.
