Hookah Preparation Prepare and pack hookahs with flavored tobacco (shisha) per customer request. Manage charcoal safely and effectively. Customize setups (e.g., ice hoses, flavor mixes, intensity levels). 2. Customer Service Greet guests and help them choose flavors and upgrades. Monitor tables to ensure a smooth experience. Replace coals and refresh hookahs regularly. Respond promptly to customer needs or issues. 3. Safety & Cleanliness Follow safety protocols with coals and hookah equipment. Clean and sanitize hookahs, hoses, and mouthpieces between uses. Keep the lounge and equipment tidy and organized. 4. Inventory Management Track shisha, charcoal, and supply levels. Restock when needed and report shortages to management. 5. Teamwork & Communication Work collaboratively with other staff (servers, bartenders, etc.).
