Job Overview: The Roxy Bar is seeking a Part-Time Servier with Saturday and Sunday Brunch availability a Must. Servers are the face of the restaurant to all of the guests in their station and set the pace and tone of the overall experience. The servers must communicate with every position in the restaurant to ensure that all levels of service work together to create the best possible experience and accomplish the intentions of the restaurant as a whole. Servers should be knowledgeable on all levels of food, beverage and service and should be able to assist and organize all positions around them. Maintains prep station, and follows standard operating procedures and safety guidelines of Commissary Kitchen in all shared spaces. Collects ingredients and appropriate kitchen supplies required for item preparation. Respects shared kitchen spaces (ie. prep stations, freezer, etc) and team members .
