We're Hiring a Line Cook at Flour! Flour Cafe, located in the S&W market is looking to add to our team! Our bustling cafe is a local downtown staple, known for its friendly faces, amazing coffee, and delicious breakfast fare. We're looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and friendly individual to join our team and help us create the perfect start to our customers' days. What We're Looking For: We're looking for someone with experience, but we're also willing to train the right person. If you're a quick learner, have a strong work ethic, and are passionate about great food, we encourage you to apply. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, so the ability to stay calm under pressure and work well as part of a team is essential. Our Cafe is open every day 8am-2pm, with shifts available for both full-time and part-time positions. We mostly need help Wednesday, Thursday and weekends. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items for breakfast service. Work with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service. Maintain a clean and organized work station. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. Wages average between $20-$28 an hour. We have a tip pool between the barista, line cook, and prep cook with usually (3-5) individuals working a day.
