We have a room opening up in our home, called The Canary Room. 1 bedroom with built in closet and 2 west-facing window, in shared house with 3 other housemates. Large common areas with some room for furniture/storage, if needed. 1.5 bathrooms. Front and back garden with room to use. $600/mo., this INCLUDES ALL utilities (except internet, $14/mo). Single occupancy only, first and last months’ rent required— Montavilla neighborhood: Walking distance to Mt. Tabor park, Academy Theater, excellent corner store and small shopping and restaurant district; 82nd street, Burnside, Division, and other bus lines also very close. Street parking only. Housemates: low-key professionals, personable, but mostly introverted. Everyone usually tends to themselves, plenty of space and the kitchen is wide open. We’re all quite kind, left-leaning, looking for friendly folks, if not friends necessarily. Room will be available Nov.1 and Last Day will be March 1. ( gonna sell the house in the spring ) No pets at this time. Housemates are allergic.
