Responsibilities include: - Operating woodworking equipment: table saws, planers, miter saws, shapers, orbital sanders - Reading and using tape measures accurately - Ripping lumber, building cabinet boxes, doors, and drawers - Assisting in shop production and assembly - Helping with the delivery of cabinets to client homes - Assisting in the removal/demo of existing cabinetry or spaces before installation What we’re looking for: - Positive attitude and willingness to learn - Strong attention to detail - Experience with woodworking tools preferred (but we will train the right candidate) - Reliability and teamwork mindset - Compensation: $20–$30/hour depending on experience Finishing / Painting / Sanding - Looking for a Finishing Technician to join our growing team. This role focuses on sanding, staining, painting, and finishing our luxury cabinetry with precision and detail. Responsibilities include: - Sanding wood and cabinetry components with orbital sanders - Staining, painting, and finishing cabinetry pieces - Filling nail holes and prepping surfaces for finishing - Applying primer and, with training, spraying top coats - On-site finishing work, including painting, drywall, and trim, caulking, and touch-ups - Minor woodworking tasks depending on shop flow and project needs What we’re looking for: - Strong attention to detail - Ability to follow instructions and see tasks through to completion - Experience in woodworking/finishing preferred (but not required) - Reliability and pride in craftsmanship Compensation: $20–$30/hour depending on experience
