Seeking Local Property Preservation and Maintenance Contractors (Kansas City, MO) Genstone Field Services. is a national field servicing company, providing Property Preservation, Repair & Rehab Services, Tenant Occupied Maintenance, Turns, and Inspections for residential properties. Our recruiting team is looking to have conversations with boots-on-the-ground contractors working locally in their respective areas. Qualified vendors must have $1m each General Liability, Errors and Omissions, Workers Comp, and Auto Insurance. Property Preservation & REO Work to Include: - Securing services (lock changes/boarding) - Winterizations - Debris Removal - Lawn maintenance - Standard Prop Pres Services - Interior Cleaning Tenant Occupied / Rental Work to Include: - Plumbing - Electrical - Drywall - Painting - Roof & Gutters - Handyman Services Requirements: - Must be able to meet deadlines and be on time for appointments when applicable. - Must be able to meet tenants professionally when applicable. - Must be willing to complete Vendor Package during onboarding via PandaDoc. - Must be willing to complete reports/bids and submit photos via our website or mobile app provided. Project Summary: SCOPE OF WORK: Mowing and Edging During the growing season (March thru November) the grass will be mowed, edged and blown clean weekly per attached calendar and color-coded map. Trees will be pruned around buildings 932, 933, 934, 935, 700, 710, 720, 500, 600, 200, an in front of center management on a regular schedule, 3 times per year (spring, midsummer, and Fall). This pruning will trim branches away buildings, remove any dead or low hanging branches, and disposing of the debris in the center’s 40 yard dumpster.
