The Role We’re looking for a Farm Operations Crew Member to help keep our farm and facilities in tip-top shape. This is a role for someone who loves variety, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in a job well done. Your days could include: Landscaping & Grounds: mowing, planting, brush clearing, weed control, irrigation maintenance Farm Support: helping with flower crop care, soil prep, harvesting, and general upkeep Building Projects: assisting with drywall, concrete, painting, and general carpentry Facilities Maintenance: general maintenance and repair work around the farm buildings Special Projects: anything from setting up fences to moving heavy equipment and everything in between What We’re Looking For Hands-on experience in general labor, construction, farming, or landscaping (bonus if you’ve dabbled in more than one!)
