Warehouse duties include loading, unloading, and sorting of packages of various sizes. Part time Federal Express Corporation (FEC) employees work one shift a day; full time Federal Express Corporation (FEC) employees work two shifts. Shift lengths vary based on package volume generally part time employees work between 3 and 6 hours a day. Full time employees can expect to work between 6 and 10 hours. Job Summary: Performs routine daily acetylene production and cylinder filling activities. These activities include the operation and monitoring of process equipment, cylinder filling, material handling, and minor equipment maintenance. Requirements include:  Industry experience such as handling cylinders and/or previous knowledge of gases, Cylinder filling procedures, paperwork and plant operations is preferred.  Able to read and comprehend safety rules and regulations.  Able to operate hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.  Able to operate a forklift; general knowledge of common hand tools, power tools, and their proper use.  Able to lift/move 70 lbs; able to stand for most of the day, work in outdoor conditions.  Able to work independently.  You must pass drug screen and background check. Salary Range: Expected hiring salary is $23.00/hr - Swing Shift Position. The salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary for this position which is $22.00/hr.-$29.50/hr.
