Please read the full post before contacting me. This is a part-time position for Sunday and Monday nights only. • Sunday nights: about 3 hours of work (preferably someone who can bring a helper). • Monday nights: about 4 hours of work. Duties and Responsibilities • Perform general sweeping, scrubbing, and mopping in all department areas of the main building. • Dispose of trash from bins and containers. • Gather and dispose of cardboard. • Scrub sinks and toilets in bathrooms. • Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors. • Maintain and upkeep all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products. • Ensure safe and sanitary storage and care of cleaning products. • Keep all public spaces neat and tidy. • Report repairs or replacements needed during the job. • Comply with company safety procedures and promote a safety-first culture. Skills & Qualifications • Ability to follow verbal directions. • Self-motivated and capable of working independently. • Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to job responsibilities. • Flexible with schedules and routines; strong time management skills. • Detail-oriented in cleaning tasks. • Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk throughout the day, with the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. • General knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and techniques. • Comfortable working in a positive, diverse environment. • Willing to work weekends and/or occasional holidays. Experience • Previous cleaning experience in a professional environment is helpful. This position is currently available for Sunday night and Monday night only.

(** This candidate MUST HAVE Big Diesel Truck experience. **) Position Overview: As a Fleet Technician Commercial Truck Tires Specialist, you will play a vital role in optimizing the performance and safety of our fleet. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing tires on our diverse range of trucks and trailers, including log, curtain, lowboy, chip and pick-ups. Your expertise will be critical in enhancing vehicle performance, extending tire lifespan, and promoting overall fleet efficiency while minimizing downtime due to tire-related issues. Primary Responsibilities: • Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and re-balancing wheels – using Shop equipment to ensure optimal tire performance and longevity. • Responsible for routine tire inspections and air pressure checks and to assess wear, damage, and pressure levels, when trucks are parked in the yard to ensure compliance with industry standards. • Diagnose and repair tire-related issues promptly, including punctures, leaks, and tread damage, minimizing vehicle downtime. • Monitor and maintain accurate tire inventory, ensuring an adequate supply of stock for efficient operations. • Document all services performed, including tire condition reports and maintenance records. • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries. • Collaborate with the Truck Shop management team to identify and address tire-related concerns. • Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing and resolving tire-related inquiries and concerns from drivers and operations personnel. • Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services. • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new tire technologies to continually improve tire maintenance processes and operational efficiency.
