LANDSCAPING Maintenance and Construction ~ Team Member LOCATED 10 minutes from Norwalk CT (must live within 30 minutes of Norwalk) MUST be qualified to work in United States Avg approx. 45-57 hours per week Avg approx. $1200to$1600 per week for an experienced applicant $20 to $28 per hour depending on experience We are one of the premier design/build landscape management firms in the Fairfield County area. Shifts are generally around 6-7 hours depending on the day. - Some days will require a faster pace than others. - You will be on your feet bending/reaching up and down from 2am to roughly 5am. - The remainder of your shift will be in spent delivering orders in one of our vans. Job Summary: The IPM Assistant will play a critical role in maintaining plant health through scouting, foliar sprays, root drenches and other IPM-related tasks. This role requires someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to perform repetitive physical tasks safely and efficiently. Schedule: M-F 8am-4:30pm, includes holidays as needed unless PTO is approved. Key Responsibilities: Scout plants for signs of stress, pests and disease. Apply foliar sprays and root drenches accurately and safely. Wear full PPE for extended periods while performing tasks. Perform tasks at varying heights, including standing, bending and kneeling. Lift and move up to 50 lbs. safely. Participate in lift training and follow all safety protocols. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Qualifications: Previous experience in agriculture, horticulture, or cannabis cultivation preferred but not required. Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks for long periods of time. Strong work ethic and reliable attendance. Ability to follow instruction and safety protocols closely. Comfortable wearing full PPE during shifts. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 1.
