Equipment Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of appliances and equipment, ensuring everything operates efficiently and safely. Outdoor Maintenance: Be responsible for maintaining outdoor areas, including landscaping, tree maintenance, cleaning gutters and ensuring that walkways and driveways are safe.
