Part Time Night Auditor / Guest Services Representative – Hospitality Ambassador (Downtown Charleston) We’re always looking for qualified candidates to join our team! Responsibilities: • Greet and assist hotel guests with check-ins, check-outs, and requests. • Provide city, dining, and tour information. • Process reservation bookings for both the hotel and Grill 225. • Enter guest details and special requests into our system. • Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing needs promptly with attention to detail. • Follow established procedures and protocols to ensure luxury service standards. Requirements: • 2+ years in a Guest Services, concierge, or customer service role. • Established work history with at least 1 year at a previous job. • Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to follow procedures. • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Compensation & Benefits: • Hourly Pay: $20.00 – $25.00+, based on experience. • Monthly Bonus • Benefits: Health, dental, vision insurance, paid vacation, and more. • Incentives: Weekly and monthly bonus programs, potentially adding $1.00 – $3.00 per hour. • Meals: Provided at no charge. • Parking: Complimentary for compact cars during low hotel demand periods. Schedule Flexibility: The ideal candidate will have flexibility and be willing to work weekdays, weekends, and occasional holidays. The primary part-time work hours for this position will be from 11pm to 7am, two days per week. Full-time employment will also be considered for candidates who are willing to work additional shifts, such as 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm, alongside the part-time night audit duties. Candidates will be required to complete training as a Guest Services Representative before starting night audit training. This will ensure they have the necessary knowledge to succeed in the role. Guest Services training will be conducted from 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm to provide full exposure to the required duties. After successfully completing the interview and background screening process, candidates will be instructed to report to our designated drug testing facility. Candidates who pass the drug screening at the approved facility will receive a Passing Certificate of Documentation, which must be on record before a formal offer is made.
