Collaborate with the R&D team to troubleshoot and debug issues. Document test cases, results, and bug reports. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronic engineering, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in software or consumer electronics testing. Basic knowledge of networking protocol (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi,  Bluetooth, etc.) Basic knowledge of networking issue debug methods. Familiarity with test case design and execution. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively collaborate with different teams. Additional Skills (Preferred): Knowledge of smart home ecosystems (Alexa, Google Home, Apple HomeKit). Familiarity with test automation tools and continuous integration technologies Deep understanding of user experience, attention to detail, and ability to think and analyze problems from a user perspective. Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support for our organization’s IT systems, hardware, and software. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot issues, maintain infrastructure, and ensure smooth daily IT operations while delivering excellent service to internal users. Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems, Microsoft 365, and common enterprise applications. Experience with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).
