Armed Patrol Security Guard Post Commander Part-time (Brentwood)

Join Our Elite Team Elite Asset Protection is seeking a highly responsible and detail-oriented Part-time Armed Security Guard Post Commander to lead and oversee security operations at one of our premier client sites. This leadership role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, proven supervisory experience, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and accountability. Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily uniform and equipment inspections to ensure compliance with company standards. Manage and verify weekly staff schedules and hours worked. Oversee shift assignments, adjustments, and ensure proper site coverage. Assist with hiring and onboarding of new security personnel as needed. Enforce company policies and site-specific procedures consistently. Supervise staff to ensure post orders are followed with precision. Provide ongoing training, coaching, and corrective actions when necessary. Act as the primary liaison between security staff and company leadership. Prepare and submit detailed incident, staffing, and site operations reports. Maintain a professional presence and lead by example. Cover call-ins and emergencies to ensure seamless operations. Qualifications Valid Guard card and Exposed Firearm Permit Prior experience in security supervision or management is required. Strong understanding of post orders, compliance, and security operations. Exceptional communication and leadership abilities. Skilled in scheduling, conflict resolution, and enforcing policies. Proficiency in report writing and basic computer applications. Ability to pass all required background checks, drug screenings, and hold valid security licensing.
