You will be working closely with others in a team-driven environment, effectively leading and managing Project Engineers, Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Clients daily. A proven track record of honest and ethical business practices is a must - as are an enthusiastic attitude and a desire to learn. Preferred Qualifications: - 5-10 years of demonstrated career growth in commercial project management. - Demonstrate a clear progression and development of responsibilities in previous positions. - Strong Leadership Skills. - Firm understanding of common phases of Project Management: estimating, project bidding, contracting, submittals and shop drawings, process management and tracking, commissioning and closeout. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Excel and Project.
