Requirements About you Minimum 5+ years of project management experience, delivering enterprise-level projects—preferably in Conversational AI or Contact Center environments. Proven track record managing multiple, simultaneous projects in a professional services or consulting setting, using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding core concepts of Conversational AI to independently build and manage project plans. Experience serving as the primary client contact, with strong stakeholder management skills across departments and executive levels.
