However, the craftsman partner will not need to answer incoming prospect calls, schedule estimate appointments, or do any advertising, as these tasks have been automated. We are looking for an experienced craftsman, who also has the skills and willingness to complete the projects they sell, to join our team that is committed to client satisfaction, has good communication skills, attention to detail, and proven experience in construction and remodeling. We provide each of our craftsmen partners with a Mercedes Sprinter 2500 van, along with a company credit card for fuel and job materials, and we provide all advertising and sales appointment scheduling. Partner must have a valid driver license and clean driving record, as well as a safe place to park the van at night, as they will be driving it home. Partner will need to provide their own tools. Partner will also set their own schedule, both for estimate appointments and for completing sold projects. The company will also take care of client billing, and we pay our partners weekly.
