I am looking for an EXPERIENCED part time house cleaner. Most of the jobs are in West Roseville and North Natomas and a few in between those areas. It pays by the job but averages between 20-30 per hour. You are paid as a contractor and will get a 1099 instead of a W2. You also need to have your own supplies and equipment. I usually schedule you for 2 jobs each day and most (not all) but most of the time they are in the same neighborhood. Depending on customer request, most of the time you start the first one at 9:00 and the 2nd one at around 11:30. Most of our jobs are in 55+ communities so they are single story and easy to clean. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled LEAD Solar Installer to join our fast growing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing solar energy systems on residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, construction practices, and safety protocols. The LEAD Solar Installer will complete residential roof and ground projects. Responsibilities- Ability to learn quickly and follow procedures on how each job will need to be completed from Operations Manager. Install solar panels and related equipment on rooftops and ground mounts according to project specifications. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installation processes. Work with electrical systems, including low voltage and high voltage components, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on installed solar systems as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality standards. Adhere to all safety protocols on the construction site, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel. Experience- Previous experience installing residential or commercial solar and battery systems. Previous experience in construction or electrical work is preferred, especially in roles involving roofing or electrical tasks. Must be ENPHASE /TELSA/POINT GUARD certified to install micro inverter/battery systems. Familiarity with using voltmeters and other electrical testing equipment is advantageous. Experience as a residential electrician or in a similar role is a plus, but not mandatory. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this position. Ability to do main panel upgrades with assistance. Candidates bringing their own tools/vehicle is highly preferred. Customer Service oriented to communicate with customers (home owners/business owners) Willingness to commute within a 2-3 hour radius with fuel reimbursement.
