Experience working with .NET Core C#, n-tier architectures and design patterns. Minimum 5 years of experience in design, development and support of ASP.NET development focus on .NET MVC Core. Minimum 5 years of experience in complete life-cycle of design, development, deployment and support of web applications. Strong knowledge of Relational Databases and working with Oracle 11g, 12c databases, MS-SQL Solid HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, Bootstrap, .NET Framework 4+, .NET Core 8+, Razor Pages, MVC 5 Experience creating and consuming REST API Experience interfacing with customers and systems analysts to understand system requirements.   Additional Desired Skills/Requirements US Citizenship or work-authorization with alien registration number required. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Agile methodologies, servant-leadership, and cross-team facilitation within complex program environments. This role will focus on guiding multiple Agile teams, coaching Product Owners, and ensuring delivery of mission-critical solutions by fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills are required, along with proven experience in SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks. Primary Responsibilities: Serve as Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams delivering enterprise data and analytics solutions. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Guide teams in applying Agile principles, practices, and frameworks to maximize value delivery. Partner with Product Owners to refine backlogs, establish priorities, and define acceptance criteria. Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field. 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach within IT programs. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban. Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Teams. Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant-leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders in complex environments. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or PMI-ACP certification required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting large-scale enterprise data and analytics initiatives.
