Customer Service & Music Archivist (Bainbridge Island) 📍 On-site only – no remote positions 💵 $18/hr 🕓 Part Time (30 hrs per week) We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member who is a self-starter, loves music and enjoys helping people. This role blends customer service, order fulfillment, and collection management ... ideal for someone who’s organized, communicative, and takes pride in doing things right. ABOUT THE ROLE You’ll be the front line of our small but growing operation, handling daily customer inquiries, managing orders, and keeping our extensive vinyl and CD collection organized and moving efficiently. Every day is a mix of email communication, packaging and shipping orders, updating our catalog, and keeping things running smoothly. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email. Accurately process, package, and ship music media orders. Maintain and organize both physical inventory and our digital catalog. Research and catalog new additions to our music archive. Handle basic administrative tasks and assist with daily operations. Ensure clean, organized workspace and careful handling of valuable items. REQUIREMENTS Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent written communication and customer service skills. Reliable, organized, and able to work independently. Ability to lift and move boxes of records (up to ~40 lbs). Previous experience in retail, e-commerce, library/archival work, or similar environment is a plus. COMPENSATION $18 per hour Part time up to 30 hrs per week.
