🚗 Office Manager – Rental Car Company (Lansdowne, PA) 🚗 Full-Time | Monday – Saturday | 9AM – 5PM | $1,000/week We’re a fast-growing rental car business looking for a skilled, dependable Office Manager with experience in the car industry — especially rental cars. You’ll be the backbone of the operation, managing the front office, customers, payments, and systems daily. Responsibilities: Manage and update the CRM system with customer and vehicle information Handle all phone calls — schedule rentals, answer questions, assist customers Check customers in and out for rentals and returns Process payments, deposits, and tickets accurately Maintain organized rental contracts, fleet files, and reports Communicate daily with mechanics, drivers, and management to keep the flow smooth Requirements: Experience in the rental car business (preferred) or automotive office management Excellent communication and multitasking skills Strong organizational and problem-solving ability Dependable, punctual, and professional Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Drive, and spreadsheets Pay & Schedule: 💰 $1,000 per week 🕘 Monday – Saturday | 9AM – 5PM 📍 Lansdowne, PA To Apply: Text resume to 215-554-1312 for an interview between 9AM – 9PM Include your name, experience in the car business, and previous positions held
